I have a package capture of both scenarios, in the successful reconnection I see several TLSv1 handshake successes with all of the Exchange URLs (Autodiscover, ) etc. If I re-dock immediately after Exchange shows it's disconnected I am not prompted. I'm able to reproduce this on my laptop by undocking (wireless disabled), sitting for at least 2 minutes disconnected, then docking again and reconnecting. ![]() I don't manage Exchange, but instead manage our fleet of client machines and since the pop-up is on the client I've been tasked with determining why. When a user running running Outlook 2013 disconnects (to go to a meeting for example) and then reconnects they are prompted for their Windows credentials for both Lync 2013 and Outlook 2013.
